i have a problem!! i downloaded gta3 of kazaa !! it's a ripped version!! when i try 2 install patch 1.1 ,it says the gta3.exe is changed!! pls can anyone give me original gta3.exe as found on drive after installation!!
For you people with the 2-CD version of GTA3 that was distributed later, the Hack still works, you just need an extra step... I couldn't find it anywhere online, so I played with it and viola!...
Anyway...
first, use the GTA3 'Install CD' (cd 2) to do a full install
then, copy the entire contents of the GTA3 'Play CD' (cd 1) to the game directory. (ex. C:Program FilesGTAIII) it's ok to click "yes to all" to replace whatever is already there (the audio files for example)
then, download the GTA3 v1.1 Patch and apply it.
finally, download the l33t No-CD patch on this page and apply it as instructed.
Bogey-ACE files are compressed.Much as ZIP files are.The EXE you are looking for is inside the ACE file.Download WinACE and follow the instructions there for uncompressing an ACE file.
Swapnil-Try searching on google for the original EXE file as you will need it to update.Then apply this nocd
patch to play.Its there and should be around 2.26MB in size.
I'm still confused, the "program" on this page, its the actual GTA3 executable right? How exactly do you patch it? And where exactly does the play cd files go? In the same folder as the gta3.exe?
i installed the noCd patch and it said i still needed a CD ur hack dont work bud sry and what the fuck is with all this like forein launge over english on this site i can berly read the shit man sry but its hard to get stuff when everything looks like its arabic!!
