Unpack/overwrite file into your savegame directory (\\My Documents\Kohan2\). Run game as usual and you will have access to all 25 missions.
NOTE: If you have problems finding your savegame directory, try executing a "dir /s /b c:\kow_tutorial.rcs" (wihout the quotes) in an MSDOS box first.
