такая-же байда! Люди! Зайдите в папку steam/bin/friendsUI.dll залейте куданить чтобы мы скачали плиз
The friendsUI.dll error is typically caused by one of the following:
The friendsUI.dll being corrupt.
The friendsUI.dll being outdated.
The friendsUI.dll is extracted from the winui.gcf found in your ..\Steam\steamapps\ directory. To ensure you have the most recent working friendsUI.dll, please delete or move the winui.gcf out of the steamapps directory and restart Steam. The process will force Steam to download the latest version of winui.gcf and re-extract your friendsUI.dll.
In some isolated instances, the friendsUI.dll may not be replaced from the new winui.gcf. In these cases, you may need to delete the file manually to allow winui.gcf to re-extract the file. To do so, run a search for friendsui.dll in your Steam directory and delete every instance you come across, then restart Steam.

Можно ли переустановить стеам и тогда будет все нормально?
Просто удалите из папки Steam\SteamApps файл winui.gcf и запуститте Steam заново!
