Патч Geo-Political Simulator v1.40 RU

After installing this patch, you will not be able to reload games that you have saved when playing with previous version 1.3x.
This limitation is due to new structures of information created in this improved 1.40 version that are technically incompatible with previous version.

Note however, that you are still able to reload your players profiles, and your customization kits.

Main improvements and corrections in this version:
-economic contracts AI improved
-military treaties AI improved or corrected
-numerous game balancing
-various geopolitics datas updated
-various texts corrections
-improved Vista compatibility: all files created by the user are now written in "Documents" folder
