PES 2018 "FootyChallenger PC Patch Compilation v7 by Josh"

- Fresh clean OF with all teams reimported from the ground up to flush out duplicates
- Added all 22 MLS teams. (Replaced Liga MX, to accommodate Other Latin Teams)- Added Wellington Phoenix. (Replaced Al Sadd to complete the A League teams in game) 
- Updated CSL with V2 by Ketchup Gamers. 
- Updated National teams from V82, which he did faces for almost every players, if not all. 
- Updated some classic players' hairstyles to look more authentic. 

* The new V7 is a fresh new OF done from ground up again. This means ALL TEAMS in the game are now a real team with kits and squads. Unfortunately, some teams from previous versions will have to make way to achieve this as I had to mix and match the best team Imports to make sure all team slots are filled without problems. Now is a good time to start a Master League as I can finally call this OF complete!

- Added new leagues: Bundesliga, Chinese Super League, MLS, Australian League (all 10 teams spread across ACL and Other Asian Teams) 
- Correct league format for all new leagues (Except MLS, as the game only allows 20 teams max. the other 2 teams will be in Other Latin Teams) 
- Added Asian teams: Newcastle Jets, Perth Glory, Central Coast, Sydney FC, Melbourne City, Melbourne Victory, Mariners, Wellington Phoenix (full A League) 
- Added European teams: Celtic, Apoel, Lokomotiv Moskva, Maribor, Qarabag, Red Bull Salzburg, Rijeka, Crvena Zvezda, Istanbul Basaksehir, Partizan and Ludogorets
