Переведены все предметы и не которые текстуры.
!!!ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
Для работы русификатора нужно скопировать папку font из папки C:\Users\ВАШЕ_ИМЯ\Documents\my games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods\russian_834226004\resources в папку resources с игрой, например: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources

BananSuper в описании все указано, что сложного то, в документах и в папке с игрой всего то прочитать описание надо
