1.Extract the "scripts" and "objects" folders from the MiniGun Car.rar file.
2.Go to your Crysis game folder -> Electronic Arts -> Crytek -> Crysis -> Game.
3.Copy the downloaded "objects" and "scripts" folders into the current game folder (Game).
4.Start Sandbox 2 Editor.
5.Open RollupBar -> Objects -> Entity -> Vehicles and choose US_ltv
6.In the vehicle's parameters, under "Modification" type "Minigun" and under "Paint" type "Federal".
7.Click "Reload Script" on the entity.
