Меломаны, готовьте денежки – в Guitar Hero 6 обязательно будут треки вашей любимой группы, Band Hero станет еще более «социальной», а в коробочку с DJ Hero 2 будут класть марихуану.
Рынок и меломаны, правда, уже не так бойко реагирует на ежегодные итерации этих франчайзов. Приходится принимать меры. Собственно, поэтому Activision собирается уменьшить количество целевых платформ, всяких «коллекционных» изданий и некоторых необязательных ответвлений вроде Guitar Hero: Van Halen. Что неудивительно – скажем, на PlayStation 2, разменявшей не так давно девять лет, DJ Hero и другие музыкальные проекты продаются с каждым годом все хуже и хуже.
Вдобавок в следующем году издательство начнет уделять еще больше внимания DLC – продается контент хорошо, продлевает жизнь играм тоже неплохо. Хотя пока издательство не готово жить на подножном хлебе, а посему будет выпускать Guitar Hero ежегодно. Какой-никакой, а спрос ведь есть!

Ну все понятно. Основная прибыль Activision, а не Blizzard - Call of Duty, Gutar Hero (а так же вариации Hero). Все остальное - либо игры по фильмам, либо по комиксам (ну кроме Кваки, Тони Хоука, Червяка Джима и еще парочки игр). Бренды Blizzard принадлежат им и только им. Не зря ж, все игры выпускает под своей эгидой, и шлет куда дальше Котика и Ко. Ничего годного (кроме тех же Call of Duty, Hero и прочего). Это пиз*ец господа. И, да, расписывать все незачем, можно кинуть ссыль, вот и все.
