Unpack/overwrite files into your:
"x:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\NFS Underground 2\" directory then load up the game as usual (load PiZZA profile) and you will have access to all tracks & items.
Note: You may have seen Need.For.Speed.Underground.2.Saves-iND earlier today, however, that release does not completely unlock all of the tracks and features available.
