Обратите внимание: Размер мода после распаковки ~28Гб.
Установка:
Скачайте 7z архивы (главный архив и обновления) Извлеките папку 4X_AI_Texures в корневую папку Quake 4 , например:
После распаковки основного архива, таким же образом распакуйте поочередно архивы обновлений, с подтверждением замены файлов.
Запустите игру, чтобы в папке мода создался файл Quake4Config.cfg В настройках игры выставьте максимальное качество графики (предустановка "Сверхвысокое качество" + в дополнительном меню). Закройте игру. Откройте файл Quake4Config.cfg любым текстовым редактором и с помощью CTRL+F найдите строчки: После запуска игры мод будет доступен в меню МОДЫ. Оцените лайком этот мод)

Быстрый запуск мода
Чтобы запускать мод напрямую, а не через меню игры, зайдите в свойства игры в Steam, в параметрах запуска напишите +set fs_game 4X_AI_Textures . Чтобы при этом пропускались вступительные ролики, в параметрах запуска напишите +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +set fs_game 4X_AI_Textures или +disconnect +set fs_game 4X_AI_Textures .

После ретекстуринга от Monoxead и Wulfen для Doom 3, уже начал мечтать о чём нибудь похожем и для Ку 4...

У меня не открываются главные архивы.... Только обновы открываются, а главные пишет поврежден или неизвестный формат
В 23 году есть те, кто перепроходят эту игру в разрешении 1440? Есть что, чтобы игра видела родное разрешение? А если нет, то какие строчки в кфг файле нужны?
Ого, 6 гигов качать! Иго-го, 27 гигов после распаковки! И не факт, что я - тугодум, смогу всё это нормально установить. И как жалко потом будет эти 6 гигов, которых мне качать сутки и больше, с моим деревенским интернетом.

deeppurple1968 Может вам проще сборку полноценную выложить? Похоже есть какая-то несовместимость версий игры с модом. У меня версия игры от GOG - 1.4.2.0 P.S. Конфиг моего ПК: CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2696-V3 (12c24t@3.7GHz) Ram: 64 Gb DDR4@2100 GPU: RTX 2070S (ForceWare 441.66) OS: Win10x64(1909)
Закинул в папку с игрой эти 27 гиг, накатил обнову, в модах выбрал, в меню игры появилась надпись
но дальше что то пошло не так... Игра без этого мода
и соответственно с модом
что может быть?
