Полагаю проблема с файлами, скачай другой репак и установи Visual C++ All-in-One 2022.

Суть в тому, что игра из стима, и она не запускаеться, проверял на целостность файлов не помогает
мод криво встал!через скрипт менеджер посмотри что там!
у меня такая же ошибка. Прив этом моды не стоят
